Dr james Marsh is a Product of the Pillisbury company, and has been in the food and beverage industry for 40 years. He also worked at the USDA, and finished his career at pepsico North America, as the director for regulatory compliance. He is a prolific writer, who has written three books. He is a Member of IFT, and sits on many board. He also the current president of international HACCP Association of Nigeria, and the president of the food initiatives of Nigeria, to name a few.
